2. Services Provided

A 60-minute 1:1 private consultation for women navigating layoffs, burnout, or career transition.

Available only to Clarity Call clients.

All coaching and consultation services are non-refundable and require full payment at time of booking.
3. Book Sales
Shabaura Perryman’s book, Severed: How Women Rise After Layoffs, Reorgs, and the End of a Career They Loved, is available for pre-order and direct purchase through this website.
All book sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any physical or digital book purchases made through the site.
Autographed copies, bonus content, or pre-order gifts may not be available through third-party retailers and are exclusive to this website.
Please allow 7–10 business days for shipping after the official release date.
4. Merchandise
Branded merchandise and reinvention-related products may be offered through the website.
All merchandise sales are final.
Exchanges will only be honored in the event of damaged or defective items reported within 5 days of receipt.
Merchandise availability is subject to change and limited to quantities in stock.

The Thrive. Unhired® Podcast is a public offering created to support and inspire women navigating career shifts.
By accessing podcast content, you agree not to reproduce, republish, or exploit the content for commercial purposes without express permission from S. Perryman Consulting, LLC.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments for services, books, and merchandise are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will not be refunded.
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers.
7. Confidentiality and Client Responsibility
All coaching sessions are confidential. Your participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Thrive. Unhired® services do not constitute therapy, legal counsel, or financial advising.
8. Intellectual Property
All content—including but not limited to books, downloads, roadmaps, worksheets, merchandise designs, and podcast episodes—is the intellectual property of Shabaura Perryman and S. Perryman Consulting, LLC.
No materials may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will S. Perryman Consulting, LLC, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Participation in coaching, purchase of products, or use of the website is at your own risk.
